Let's Talk does accept payments from debit cards. They also accept payments from credit cards which are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No, Let's Talk doesn't accept payments from PayPal. They only accept payments from credit cards, debit cards, and Bill Me Later. Credit cards must be Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
